- Chromium (citrate) 500 mcg
- Selenium (chelate) *HVP 200 mcg
- Molybdenum (citrate) 50 mcg
- Silicon (chelate) *HVP 20 mg
- Vanadium (citrate) 75 mcg
*HVP (hydrolysed vegetable protein) source is rice.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, cellulose coating, alfalfa, garlic.
Does not contain: Sugar, salt, wheat, corn, yeast, animal tissue, or peanut derivatives, gluten
Recommended dose:
Adults, take 1 tablet after evening meal. Split tablet in half and swallow separately.
